2023 HOA Dues

As a reminder to all owners, payment coupons are no longer being sent out to each community member. The coupons can be found on the community Documents page where our CC&R’s and Payment Coupons page are located.

NOTE: Monthly payments are NO longer accepted and have not been since 2017. We ONLY manage quarterly billing. IF you choose to make a monthly payment you will be assessed a $20.00 administrative fee.

QUARTERLY Payments are due by the following dates: 

• Q1 – Due by – 12/15/2022 of $165.00
  • $15.00 Late Fee will be assessed if past this date
• Q2 – Due by – 3/15/2023 of $165.00
  • $15.00 Late Fee will be assessed if past this date
• Q3 – Due by – 6/15/2023 of $165.00
  • $15.00 Late Fee will be assessed if past this date
• Q4 – Due by – 9/15/2023 of $165.00
  • $15.00 Late Fee will be assessed if past this date

Note: If your payment is not received timely, a $15.00 late fee will be assessed for each quarter the payment is late.
